She also enjoyed participating in many car shows with her husband in their 1941 Studebaker. She is survived by her husband, Terry Waugh whom she married on May 25, 1968; her three sons, Bill and Billie Jo Waugh of Weirton, Bryan and Julie Waugh of Omaha, NE and Brad Waugh of Weirton, WV; her twin sister, Janice and Mike Petrovich of Weirton, WV and her three grandsons, Brandon, Ryan and Lucas Waugh. 2. I met Judy years ago while she worked at Monongahela Power Co. We became lasting friends. Judy and a gang of the girls who worked together regularly meet for a reunion dinner each year and often for lunch once a month. Judy will be missed by us all. She was a wonderful person with a great personality.

  3. Bill, Billie Jo & Boys……The Furka’s, especially Bob & Chris #11 extend our sympathy to you and your family. We truly appreciate what a family network is all about. Remember all of the good times, and be assured that she is in a good place now, and has the best seat in the house. She will be sitting next to Chris’ grandparents cheering Post 1 on. God bless and see you soon.

I always enjoyed her posts about family activities. I know she will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. May God give you all the strength to carry on without her. Savor the wonderful memories of the good times. She will now be your guardian angel, smiling from above. Will keep you all in my prayers. God Bless.

  15. I am so sorry to hear about Judy’s passing. I had the honor of teaching CCD with her– she was so kind and will be missed by many.

  16. Terry, I know you miss Judy everday just like I miss my mother. I remember you and Judy as a couple at Follansbee High School. I believe Judy was also on the cover of one of our year books. Judy was always kind and had a great smile. Her picture is how I remember her. Not too many marriages last as long as the one you and Judy created together. That’s something to be proud of.

  17.
