Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. My family — I’m so sorry to hear about Aunt Kay’s passing. I wish I could be with you now. Aunt Kay was a wonderful woman. My best memory of her took place when I was in junior high. I got sick at school and Aunt Kay came to pick me up. I continued to get sick at her house, and I remember her holding my forehead and just holding and comforting me. She made being sick a much better experience. I will always remember her as a comforting and nurturing person. I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love, Jeff

  2. HOWARD AND FAMILY, I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOUR MOM AND DAD IN CHURCH. THEY WERE SUCH GRACIOUS PEOPLE. YOUR MOM WILL BE MISSED. MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU . SINCERELY JERRY HAMILL

  3. I’ll miss your mom – she always had the greatest sense of humor – In addition to her other activities, she was an active member of the old Hancock Co. TB League(later the Lung Assn.) and, each year she and Ruth Campbell would collect donations from the downtown stores. After your dad was gone, your mom told me that she often stood looking out her front window -so I would wave whenever I walked by,even though I couldn’t see her. When we return to Weirton I’ll give a final wave – in honor of a special person.
