Kathy Mae McGahey

Kathy Mae McGahey, 62, of Weirton, WV formerly of the Davis Oklahoma Area, passed away suddenly on October 7, 2014, at the Weirton Medical Center. Born on June 5, 1952, in Wynnewood Oklahoma, Kathy was one of twelve children of the late Lewis Hill and Lula Marie Cunningtubby Hill Cook. She was also preceded in by her son, Tony Scott; her twin brothers, her brothers, Herbert, Troy and Albert Hill; her sisters, Geneva Mundy, Lila Pryor, Peggy Owings, Lavon and Pepe Hill. Kathy Mae was very proud of her American Indian heritage. She loved to cook for others, and made her living as a caterer. Fishing was one of her favorite pastimes. She is survived by her two sons, Ronnie and Kim Scott and Robert and Julie Scott all of Weirton, WV ; her brother, Wylie Hill of Davis Oklahoma; 20 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Kathy requested cremation by the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home. A memorial service will take place at a later date in Davis Oklahoma. Her son Ronnie will preside.
