Lois E. Mitchell

Lois E. Mitchell, 76 of Weirton, died Saturday, November 24, 2001, in Columbiana, OH. She was born, May 8, 1925, in Bellaire, OH, a daughter of the late Russell and Ethel Bucey Davis. Her husband Charles Mitchell, Sr. and a sister Eileen Boyles also preceded her in death. Lois was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church on Homewood Ave in Weirton. She is survived by a son, Charles Mitchell and his wife Edie of Weirton; a daughter, Mrs. Glenn (Charlotte) Salmons of Columbus, IN; grandchildren, Denise Rheinhardt and John Mitchell of Weirton, and Tim and Christy Salmons of Columbus, IN; two brothers, Russell Davis of Columbus, OH and Marvin Davis of California; and three sisters, Mrs. Bill (Kaylene) Manley and Mrs. Robert (Donna) McGranahan, both of Weirton, and Mrs. Collins (Karen) Kane of Cambridge, OH. Visiting hours will be from 2-4 and 7-9 PM Monday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St., Weirton, WV where funeral services will be held 11:30 AM Tuesday.
