Lottie R. Hebb

Lottie R. Hebb of Weirton, WV was born to Vane and Lovie Curry Breedlove in Grafton, WV, on July 1, 1920. She had six brothers, Carl, George, Herb, Lewis, Leroy, and Jerry Breedlove and two sisters, Pearl Nuzum and Bertha Ashby.
On January 17, 1942, she married Arther P. Hebb, Sr. Together they had two children, Arther Jr. and Diane.
Arther Sr. was a motor inspector in the blast furnace of Weirton Steel, and Lottie was a nurse's aid at Weirton General Hospital for 21 years and a LPN at the Weirton Geriatric Center for 16 years.
Lottie was a member of the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church and the past president of the VFW 2716 Ladies Auxiliary.
On August 27, 2003 Lottie R. Hebb passed away at the age of 83 in Weirton, WV.
She is survived by her children, Arther P. and Becky Hebb, Jr. of Wilson, NC, and Diane and Michael Clayton of Weirton, WV; her four grandchildren, Jennifer Strope, Michael Clayton, Jr., Eric and Todd Hebb; and her two great grandchildren, Tayler and Dustin Hebb.
Visitation will be 7-9 PM Thursday and 2-4 and 7-8:30 PM Friday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV.
VFW 2716 Ladies Auxiliary memorial services will be held 7:30 PM Thursday in the funeral home.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 8:30 PM in the funeral home.
Rev. Betty Shaw will preside.
Interment will be Saturday at 11 AM in the West Virginia National Cemetery, Pruntytown, WV.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
