Louis P. Cimino
April 15, 1919 ~ March 30, 2002
Louis P. Cimino, 82 of Weirton, died March 30, 2002 in Library, Pa. He was born April 15, 1919, in Weirton, WV, the son of the late Vincent and Palma Gillette Cimino. His wife Shirley Lee Glover Cimino, two brothers, Vincent and Fred Cimino, two sisters Angela Kostur and Anna Mary Whitaker also preceded him.
Louis retired from the Weirton Steel Company Construction Department where he was Chief Clerk. He had 33 years of service with the company. Louis served his country in US Army Air Corps and the US Air Force during WWII. He was a member of the Weirton Steel 25-year club, the Pleasant Valley Country Club, AARP, BPOE #1801, and a member of the West Virginia Athletic Boxing commission. He also was a member of the Oakland United Presbyterian Church in Weirton.
Louis is survived by his daughter Cathy DeBranski and her husband Joe, two grandsons Luke and Josh DeBranski all of South Park, Pa. He has one sister Geneva Brosky of Weirton.
Visitation will be Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219A Main St., Weirton, where services will be held Wednesday at 1:00PM in the funeral home with the Rev. Curtis Watkins officiating. Entombment will follow at Chapel Hills Memorial Gardens, Weirton.

My fondest memories of Lou were at the Pleasant Valley,CC with his wife Shirley. And, his smiling face. He will be missed.
