Margaret I. Churchill

Margaret I. Churchill, 85, of Weirton, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2011 in the Brightwood Center, Follansbee, WV. Born October 26, 1925 in Crafton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry Williams and Isabel Henderson Craig Mackenzie. She was also preceded in death by her husband Walter D. Churchill and brothers Russell and Harry Mackenzie.
Mrs. Churchill was a homemaker who loved to knit and crochet for her family and friends. She was Methodist by faith.
Margaret is survived by her sons Walter D. Churchill, Jr. and Craig A. Churchill both of Weirton; daughter Shirley Ostrowski and her husband Bill of Canonsburg, PA; brothers Raymond Mackenzie of Pittsburgh, PA and Wayne Mackenzie of North Carolina and grandchildren William, Edward and Tracy Ostrowski and Brandyn and Cody Churchill.
Friends will be received Friday from 2-5PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, where funeral services will be celebrated 11AM Saturday. Interment will be in Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee, WV.

Craig, so sorry to hear about your mom. Just think of all the good times that you had with her and that she is in a good place with your dad. My prayers are with you and your family. Sharon.
