Margaret "June" Pulice

Margaret “June” Pulice, 84, of Weirton passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the Weirton Medical Center. Born July 15, 1933 in Weirton, June was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Ann (Pasternak) Gerbo. She was also preceded in death by her husband John A. Pulice, Sr.; granddaughter Robin Drennan; brother George Gerbo and sister Mary Ann Moore.
A 1951 graduate of Weir High School, June began her working career as a telephone operator with C & P Telephone. She then accepted a job as a bookkeeper with Baron Chevrolet and eventually retired as a bookkeeper at the Office Supply in Weirton. Around her home, she enjoyed cooking for her family, gardening and taking care of the outside.
She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church where she was very active with the Christian Mothers. She also enjoyed being very active in the Weirton Women’s Club.
She is survived by her son John A. and Vickie Pulice Jr.; a daughter Toni and Robert Drennan, all of Weirton; and grandchildren Amanda Drennan and Sean Pulice.
Friends will be received on Monday at 10 AM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St., Weirton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 12 Noon at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton.
