Marion Louise (Truax) Lusakow, 85, of Weirton, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 in the Weirton Medical Center. She was born January 13, 1925 in Weirton to the late Louis and Helen (Tingler) Truax. She was also preceded in death by her brother Darrell Truax, sister Beatrice Janoski and her first husband Harold Fletcher.
Mrs. Lusakow was a homemaker, a member of the Free Methodist Church of Weirton and the Avella American Legion Women's Auxiliary.
Marion is survived by her husband Andrew Lusakow of Weirton, whom she married in 1974; daughters Mrs. (Jimmy) Linda Fletcher Martin and Mrs. (Floyd Sonny) Donna Fletcher Glasure all of Weirton; step-daughter Mrs. (Demous) Margret Lewis of Havelock, NC; brother Carl (Regina) Truax of Weirton; sisters Ethel Henwood of Weirton, Mrs. (Art) Lois Gibson of Baraboo, WI, Mrs. (Darrell) Naomi Lynch and Joyce Manteau of Weirton. Marion is also survived by nine grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren, two step-great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Thursday 6-8PM and Friday 2-4 and 6-8PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton where funeral services will be held 11AM Saturday. Interment will be in the West Point Cemetery, Avella, PA.
Aunt Marion was one of the most gentle and thoughtful people on this earth, and her compassionate spirit will be sorely missed by all of us who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace.

The Lord has truly blessed Aunt Marion with a completely FULL life. Wow 23 great grandchildren!
