Mark Christopher Gibbons

Mark Christopher Gibbons, 66, of Paris, PA, passed away suddenly at his residence on Saturday, March 8, 2025. Born in Buffalo, NY, on February 19, 1959, he was one of two children born to Russell and Louise Samulski Gibbons.

Mark attended Upper St. Clair High School and was a proud Pittsburgh Iron Workers Union #3 member.

An avid gun enthusiast, Mark found enjoyment outdoors, spending time at home on his beloved property. He cherished the peacefulness of his surroundings and the companionship of his loyal dogs, Felix and Marley.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Faith O’Shea and Kim Gibbons, both of Pittsburgh, brother Ryan (Mary Ellen) Gibbons of Asheville, NC., and his step-mother, Charlotte Gibbons of Pittsburgh.

A Celebration of Mark’s life will be held at the convenience of his family.

Mark’s request for cremation will be honored. He will be cremated at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home Crematory, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV., 26062.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Angel Ridge Animal Rescue, Washington County, PA.
