Mary E. “Betty” Pulver of Weirton passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2022. She was 86. Mary was born in Steubenville, OH, to John and Grace Lamantia Cucarese on February 13, 1936. She graduated from Wintersville High School in the Class of 1953. On September 7, 1957, Mary married Robert C. “Bob” Pulver. Bob provided for their family as a labor relations supervisor at Weirton Steel, and Mary took care of their home. They were blessed with four daughters and four grandchildren in their 59 years of marriage. Sadly, Bob passed away on September 14, 2016. Mary nourished her faith at Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Christian Mothers. Most of all, Mary will be remembered for her love for her family and her proud Italian heritage. In addition to her parents, John and Grace, and her husband, Bob, Mary was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Wallace Jeffe; her brother, John Cucarese, Jr., and brother-in-law, Harry Monigold. She will be remembered with love by her daughters, Susan Jeffe, Joanne Fox (Connor); Janie Bohn (Don), Carole Lammers (David); her grandchildren, Tyler Fox, Eli Fox (Erica); Madison Barnett (Jordan) and Katie Lammers. Her first great-granddaughter, Vivienne Kate Barnett, is due in September of 2022; her brother, Joseph Cucarese (Armatha); her sisters, Jo-Ann Deiderich (Art) and Ethel Monigold: and her sister-in-law, Pam Cucarese. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 AM until 12 Noon at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV. Funeral Liturgy of the Word will be conducted at Noon on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Saint Paul’s Cemetery in Weirton. Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Joseph the Worker Church 229 California Avenue Weirton, WV 26062 Mary’s daughters would like to thank Dr. Jasbir S.
