Mary E. Village

Mary E. Village, 75, of Weirton, died, August 14, 2001 at home. She was born on March 4, 1926 in Hopedale, OH, the daughter of the late Dan and Mildred Chovich Enich. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Nick Village on August 28, 1999. Mary was owner of the Village Club for 30 years, a member of the Ohio Valley Coin Club, and Orthodox by faith. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Kendall of FL, one brother: Nick Enich of Weirton, 5 sisters: Mildred Pettit and Rose Enich both of Weirton, Helen Kemeliotis of Wintersville, OH, Daisy Sheposh of Miami, FL, and Violet Nawrocki, of Boiling Springs, PA, 1 granddaughter, Nicole Bennetsen, 1 great-granddaughter, Ali Bennetsen, and one great-grandson, Jeppy Bennetsen. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 PM Friday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street Weirton where funeral services will be 1:00 PM on Saturday.
