Mary Kikilides, 79, of Weirton, WV died Saturday November 22, 2008, at the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH. Mary was born on April 21, 1929 in Charlotte, NC, a daughter of the late George M, and Panagiota (Cockinos) Plumides . She was also preceded in death by her husband, James J. Kikilidis on December 24, 2000; and her two brothers, John and Michael Plumides. Mary was a homemaker. She was a member of the All Saints Greek Orthodox Church in Weirton, Past President of the Daughters of Penelope, where she also served as Past District Governor, when living in Charlotte, NC. Mary is survived by her two sons, John J. and Deloris Kikilidis of Fountain, FL, and James G. and Adela Kikilidis of Weirton, WV; her daughter Patricia M. and Paul D. Warwick of Weirton, WV; her sister, Katina Cheatham of Fountain, FL; her five grandchildren, David P. Warwick, Ashley, Jamie, James, and Kender Kikilidis. Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV. Additional visitation will be Wednesday 10 AM until time of Funeral Services at 11 AM at the All Saints Greek Orthodox Church, Weirton, WV. A Trisagion Service will be held 7:30 PM Tuesday in the funeral home. Rev. Fr. Frank A. Milanese will preside. Interment will follow at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton. Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's memory to the Valley Hospice or to the All Saints Greek Orthodox Church.
