Michelle Lemal

Michelle Lemal, 65, of Weirton, West Virginia, passed away suddenly in Dover, Ohio on February 25, 2025.

Born on April 25, 1959 in Weirton, Michelle was the daughter of the late James Michael Lemal, Sr., and Theresa Ann Aurand Pittman. She was one of eight children and shared a special bond with her large and loving family.

Michelle was a graduate of Weir High School where she lettered in cross-country. She played the organ at her church and went on to work at the IRS as a data entry technician, but ultimately dedicated much of her life to being a homemaker. Despite health challenges, she found joy in singing, dancing, and crafting. She cherished the time spent with her family and friends. Known for her warm spirit and love for Christ, she brought laughter and love to those around her.

Michelle will be remembered with love by her sons, Chris (Dani) and Ben (Becky) Clements; her daughter, Anita Day; her five brothers, Ken, Jim (Renee), Paul (Eleanor), Robert (Melissa) and John (Bunny) Lemal; her sisters, Carrie (Rick) McClellen and Caroline (J.D.) Cardwell; and five grandchildren, Gregory (19), Mac (14), Lana (13), Luca (11) and Rachel (10).

Visitation will be Friday, March 7, 2025 from 9:30 Am until 10:30 AM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Paul’s Roman Catholic Church in Weirton on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Union Cemetery.
