Milton W. Barker

Milton W. Barker, 75, of Steubenville, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Life Line Hospital in Wintersville, OH.
Born on May 11, 1940 in Steubenville, he was a son of the late Edward M. and Alice G. (Law) Barker. He was also preceded in death by his four sisters, Doris Hennis, Helen R. Barker, Janice G. Barker and Shirley A. Spurrier.
Milton retired from Weirton Steel after thirty years of service in the shears/cutting lines. He served two years in the United States Marine Corp. He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Loretta J. (Shore) Barker of Steubenville, daughter, Richelle (Steven) Reitter of Amsterdam, grandchildren Stephanie (Ronald) Karlosky of Carrollton, and Redina (Jay) Beadnell of Amsterdam, great-grandchildren Wyatt Karlosky and Alexander and Nathaniel Beadnell, brother Edward "Blaine" (Irene) Barker of Weirton, sister Carol Snider of Bloomingdale, OH, sister-in-law Rita Wineman of Steubenville, brother-in-law Frank Cominotti of N.C., and several great nieces and nephews.
Per the family request there will be no visitation. Private services will be officiated by Pastor Paul Danielson at the convenience of the family.
