Naomi B. Baker

Naomi B. Baker, 79, of Weirton, passed away Monday, October 21, 2013 in the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH. Born September 16, 1934 in Doddridge County, WV, she was the daughter of the late John and Thelma Leasure Wilcox. She was also preceded in death by her husband George C. Baker. Naomi was a homemaker and worked in the housekeeping department of the former Ohio Valley Hospital in Steubenville. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Weirton. Mrs. Baker is survived by her sons David Zeigler of Richmond, OH and Edward Zeigler of Weirton; daughters Linda Lamp of Wintersville, OH, Debra Ingram and Beverly Sue Baker both of Weirton; brothers Stewart Wilcox of Jacksonburg, WV and John Wilcox and his wife Doris of Weirton; five grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday 4-8PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be celebrated 11AM Thursday. Interment will be in the New Cumberland Cemetery, New Cumberland, WV.
