Naomi J. Anderson Mercer

Naomi J. Anderson Mercer, 62 of Weirton, died Monday, Feb 12, at Weirton Medical Center.
Naomi was born on April 17,1938, Martins Ferry, OH. She was the daughter of the late David Davis and Kathryn O’Connor Davis. She also preceded in death by her husband Herbert F. Anderson, Sr. in 1968; two sisters Laura Miller and Ann Powers.
Naomi is survived by seven sons; Herbert E. of Colliers, WV; David F. and John Michael of Weirton, WV; Ricky L. of Manassas, VA; Herbert F. Jr., of Barnesville, OH; Bradford A. and Oran M. of Annandale, VA, a daughter; Iona Wood of Middlebourne, WV; two sisters Cora Henderson of Weirton, WV, Josie Newburt of Cadiz, OH. 23 Grandchildren and 2 Great grandsons.
She was a member of Tri-State Church of God, the Weirton Moose #688 and A.A.R.P.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St., Weirton. Funeral services will be Thursday, 11:00 am at the funeral home. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton.
