Nora P. Metz

Nora P. Metz, 81, of Weirton died Thursday December 9, 2004 at the Trinity Health Systems West, Steubenville, OH. She was born on September 20, 1923, in Morgantown, WV, the daughter of the late John and Daisy Belle Flemming Guthrie. Nora was also preceded in death by her brother, George Lee Guthrie; her three sisters, Edna Morgan, Ethel Howell, and Hilda Grimes; her 2 nieces and 3 nephews Nora was a homemaker, and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She is survived by her husband, John A. Metz, whom she married on December 16, 1945; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 10 AM Wednesday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 3176 Weir Avenue in Weirton.
