Paul Thomas "Tommy" Mizok, 85, of Weirton, died Wednesday May 10, 2017, at his home. Born on November 24, 1931, in Follansbee, WV he was a son of the late Paul and Margaret Straka Mizok. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Ann Mizok and Margaret Hewitt. An Army veteran of the Korean War, Tommy retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Company where he was a pipefitter for 42 Years. Tommy loved spending time with his family especially his grand babies. His favorite pastime was watching Westerns and the Pittsburgh Steelers on TV. All who knew him will remember that smile he always had on his face. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and his two grand puppies, Ozzy and Sharon Pawsbourne. Tommy is survived by his wife, Marianne DelGuzzo Mizok, whom he married on June 2, 1973; two daughters, Lori Ann Dunlop (Charles) of Colorado Springs, CO, and Mary Elizabeth Hileman (Brian) of Weirton, WV; brothers, Frank Mizok of Hilliard, OH and Robert Mizok (Carolyn) of Wellsburg, WV; sister, Rose Marie Starinsky (Joseph) of Avella, PA; four grandchildren, Jordyn Elizabeth and Hayden Christopher Dunlop, Thomas Robert Hileman (Trystont) and Hope Maria Hileman; and two great grandchildren, Lilyan Faye and Lucas James Hileman. Visitation will be Sunday from 12 PM until time of funeral services at 3:30 PM at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV. Although I never got to meet Tommy being that I knew the DelGuzzo family from earlier years. We grew up as neighbors in Paris, Pa. many years ago.
