  1. I would like to express my Sympathie to Richards Family. I spent many days and weeks with “Tweety” in the West Virginia National Guard at Moundsville. We were the best of friends and spent most of our time on weekends and at summer camp together. I was sorry to see this in the obituary of the Wheeling News on my computer. I ask for prayer for your family at church tonight and I will continue to pray for all of you. I am sorry for you in your time of grief. God Bless You; Ron Richmond
