Robert Edward Pazich

Robert E. Pazich of Weirton, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2023.

He was born in Weirton, on April 29, 1934, a son of John and Anna Kovalan Pazich.

Robert was a graduate of Weir High School and was a proud member of the United States Army.

Robert worked for National and Weirton Steel in the Tin Mill Department, retiring in 1987 after thirty-plus years of faithful service. He was a former member of the Knights of Columbus, VFW Post # 2716, and Weirton Elks.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memory with an abundance of love are his wife Minnie Mary Orecchio Pazich, son Mark Pazich both of Weirton, daughter Sharon (Patrick) Weigel of Warrenton, VA., five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two nieces, one great niece, and three great nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, from 9:30 AM to 10 AM at Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, 229 California Avenue Weirton, WV., Where a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM.

Very Reverend Dennis R. Schuelkens, Jr, VE, will officiate.

Military Honors will be conducted by the West Virginia National Guard and the American Legion Post 10 Honor Guard.
