Rose B. Standardi

Rose B. Standardi, 89, of Weirton, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville, OH. Rose was born July 16, 1916 in Weirton, WV, a daughter of the late Dominic and Elizabeth (Bindi) Standardi. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Patsy, Joseph and Andrew “Andy” Standardi; sisters, Ida Ceroy and Jean Wasiloff; nephew, Albert Ceroy; and niece, Cyndy Wasiloff. Rose was a retired employee for the state of Maryland and Catholic by faith. She is survived by her brother, Frank Standardi of Ventura, CA., who will be celebrating his 100th birthday this December 16th; nieces, Lisa DeArdo and her husband Joseph of Wintersville, OH., and Carol Standardi of Ann Arbor, MI.; and five nephews, Andrew Standardi of Steubenville, OH., Ron Ceroy of Crestwood, IL., Frank Jr., Bernard, and Patsy Standardi, all of California. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00AM until time of the 10:30AM services at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton.
