Russell Lee Isner, Sr.

Russell Lee Isner, Sr., 76, of Weirton, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013 in the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. Born February 18, 1937 in Ritchie County, WV, he was a son of the late Harmon Laco and Bessie Bonar Isner. He was also preceded in death by his wife Rose Marie Myers Isner on November 16, 2001, infant brother James Laco Isner, daughter Dana L. Rodriguez, sister Belva Hall and step son Kevin Myers.
For 29 years, Mr. Isner served as the truck driver for Ferguson Tire Company. He was Baptist by faith and a lifetime member of the Colliers Sportsman's Club.
Russell is survived by his son Russell Lee Isner, Jr. of Nutters Farm, WV; step sons Richard (Dee) Myers and Mark Sweat; nephew Michael Isner all of Weirton and 12 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 12 noon until the 2PM funeral service at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV. The Reverend Dana Snodgrass will officiate. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton.

To Rick , Mark , Luke,Jake, Stepanie, Samantha, Karyn, Our sincere condolences. I will always remember Russell as a big bear of a man, A hard worker. I remember how he liked to hunt. He is With Rosie and Kevin and Dana now and no longer sick. He was my Brother in law and I will miss him and I pray that him and Rosie are having a good reunion.
