Samee Lea Miller-Hess

Samee Lea Miller-Hess, 62, of New Cumberland, WV, died Monday, December 28, 2015 at her home. Born June 15, 1953, in Logan, WV, she was a daughter of the late Mike and Ruth (McKinnay) Miller. Samee retired from the IT department at Florida Power & Light Nuclear Power Plant. She loved her puppies Snowy & Angel and enjoyed riding her John Deer lawn mower. Samee was a real star gazer and loved everything about the galaxies. She is survived by her sons Richard Sexton of Logan, WV and James Berg of New Hampshire; daughter Melissa Maynard of Key Largo, FL; brother Michael Miller of Charleston, WV; sisters Terri (Howard) Hehner of Charleston, WV, and Carolyn Rayburn of Chapmanville, WV; and five grandchildren. Per Samee's request, there will be no visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home. Private services and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
