To the Love Family… This is a sad day for all of us who loved Sam. He brought so much laughter to our lives over the years. He was always there to share in the special events of our lives . . . the joyful and the sad. If you weren’t comforted by his quick humor..his big heart and bear hugs were sure to do the trick. In my book, he goes down as a hero. I looked up the definition in the dictionary today. Hero: A man of exceptional quality who wins admiration by noble deeds. That’s Sam. I’ve only known a couple of heros in my lifetime…I’m glad Sam Love was one of them. Love Marilynn Konchar Walker
Sam Jr.,You have my deepest sympathy on the loss of your father. God Bless you and yours, Nick Kundrat

I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Sam Love. He was such a wonderful man. I remember him always being able to make us kids laugh even in the hardest of times. When my grandfather, George Konchar, passed away, we were all just devastated but Sam Sam the garbage man (as he called himself;) seemed to be able to make all of us feel better. Even my daughter still talks about Sam Sam the garbage man… He will be sorely missed. Sending all our love and prayers to the rest of the family. Love, Heather (Walker) Thompson, Daughter of Eloise (Konchar) Walker
Janice and Jim, I was sorry to hear about your father. Tomorrow is the anniversary of my father’s death and I know the pain and loss you must be feeling. Ann and I will keep you in our prayers and hope that all goes as well as it can. Best wishes, Bob and Ann

Jannie, Sorry we never got to know your dad. He must have been a great guy. We love you and are thinking of you. Chuck, Kathy and boys
Sam, Sandy, and Janice…I am greatly saddened to hear of your loss. Sam will always live on in the hearts of those he touched. I can still picture him on the day you guys moved in next to us — he looked so young, carrying a ball bat and glove — I thought he was one of the kids! But no, he was a grown man, and I came to know him as your father, friend of my family, and eventually as a coworker. The world is a better place for his having passed here. Mary Konchar
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.I recall “jokes” you would retell that your dad had told you…always remember the laughs, the happiness, the love, they last a lifetime. With love and sympathy,Susie
Robbie, Im so sorry for your loss I only met your grandparents a few times and thought they were wonderful. And crazy about you.You are so lucky to have spent alot of time with them those memories will help you get through this sad time and help you in the future think of those times always and hold them closest to your heart.Your sis inlaw
No longer will I be greeted by that open mouthed smile, the sparkle of mischief in his eye, or the inevitable conversation starting with, “You know, when you were a little girl…” Sam will always be a part of my life, wherever he is.
To Sam’s Family: I have known him for six years since I started as Director of Music Ministries at First United Methodist Church. I’ll always remember the year he played Santa Claus at the Youth Chorale’s Christmas Cantata. I understand it was a role he undertook often. I will miss not seeing him in his accustomed pew. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Dear Love Family, I’m so sorry to hear about the passing of Sam. I just find it so hard to believe that he’s not with us anymore. He had so much life and vibrancy and touched everyone around him. He was truly loved by everyone that knew him. God Bless, Joyia (Eureka) Lytle
