Surrounded by her loving family, Sandra K. Phillips Gill of Weirton WV, passed away at her home in Florida on November 1, 2023. Born May 28, 1947, Sandy was the daughter of the late Sophie and Stephen Phillips.

She was preceded in death by her infant daughter Kristen. Sandy married her grade school sweetheart, Robert J. Gill of Weirton WV, on June 6, 1970. They had a beautiful marriage until his death on August 14, 2017.

Sandy became a Registered Nurse from Wheeling Hospital School of Nursing in 1968, followed by her BSN from West Liberty State College in 1982.
