We loved your mother so much. She was such a fantastic person so full of love and kindness. We will cherish the memories we have of her and keep her memory alive in our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family. Try to take solace that your mom is now with your dad and they are together again with our Lord for eternity.
Grandma Sandy was such a special, thoughtful, and caring person. She will be greatly missed. Her love for Ally and Amanda was one that every child growing up would envy to have such a special Grandma. She truly was a one of a kind lady who always put others before herself. In the little time that we knew here, she would always ask how WE were doing never one to talk of herself. She definitely was a class act and will always be remembered in our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you Bill, Nancy, Ally, and Amanda during this time.
When I think of Sandy, I think of the word timeless. Sandy always brought a smile to the table and a laugh that I can still hear! My sympathy to the family. She will truly be missed and never be forgotten! Bill,Tina, Joshua and Zachary Higgins
May Sandra’s family know that her former high school classmates have fond memories of her, and we offer you are sincere sympathy.
You have my deepest sympathy at the loss of your wonderful mom. She, Darline Hicks, and I enjoyed many lunches after Sunday Mass and other outings. I’ll always remember your mom’s laughter and especially her beautiful, smiling eyes. She would often tell us about how much she enjoyed her grandchildren. We will all miss her greatly.
So sorry for your loss she will be sadly missed.
Suzanne, Bill, Danny, and the entire family, I was deeply saddened to hear of your mom’s passing. She always had a smile on her face and a kind word to say. I will always remember how she made me feel comfortable and welcome when we would hang out at the house back in high school. I will miss seeing her in church and will remember her fondly. Mary
My heart is broken, I truly loved Sandy. She was a good friend to me. Sandy and I shared alot of good laughts and secrets. Sandy always beleived in me, and gave me courage to become a better person. I looked up to Sandy for guidance and advice. She never put herself first, everything she did was to benefit her family. She was very proud of her children and the parents they became. All 6 of her grandbabies completed her heart. I never took the time to tell her how important she was to me. The day I lost my little brother, I called Sandy, she gave me strength and courage to pull myself together and be strong for my family. She is a remarkable, beautiful women, that lives in our hearts. Sandy and I were good friends…extended family. We shared grandchildren and we also shared the kind of love that sisters have for one another even though we weren’t sisters. I will cherish the time we spent in Bakersfield together during three of her last four weeks here on Earth. I will really miss her!
We loved Sandy. Even though we weren’t family, we loved her as if she were our mom! She loved us as if we were her kids and our girls as if they were her granddaughters. We will fondly remember the Thanksgivings and Christmases when she came to California to visit Ric and Suzsanne. All night “Mexican Train” games…hilarious “Uno” games and family sleep overs! When her July vacation didn’t turn out as expected, she was still in good spirits and we had lots of laughs! We are so thankful for the time we had in July! She is now on an eternal vacation! She probably has real palm trees and pink flamingos in her mansion in Heaven!!
Bill and family, Our deepest sympathy to you on the loss of your mother. Sandy was a wonderful person always full of joy and smiles when in the neighborhood. If we can help in any way just ask. Sincerely, Dan & Family.
Suzanne and Family, Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Kelly, Bryant, and Sara Bustamante

I would first like to appoligize that I did not come to the funeral home, my son , Jeremy, was there 10 months ago. A difficult situation for me. Sandra was such a beautiful person inside and out. I like gossiping with her when she came to my office. She had such a huge heart. “She glowed when she spoke of her twins. I am sorry for your pain. God bless all of you.
