Sarah Rujak

Sarah A. Rujak, 84, of Weirton passed away September 14, 2012, at her residence. She was born December 4, 1927 in Steubenville, OH, she was a daughter of the late Herman and Mary Popko Pawelczyk. Her husband Paul Rujak, son Richard Rujak brothers Stanley, Herman, Paul, Walter, Casimer, and Alexander Pawelczyk also preceded her in death. Sarah was a homemaker; she was also a member of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church and the former St. Stanislaus Rosary Society of Steubenville, OH. She was well known for the thousands or rosaries she made by hand and sent to people all over the world. In her spare time, she also enjoyed crocheting. She is survived by her sons, Paul Rujak (Patricia) and Robert Rujak all are from Weirton, brother John Pawelczyk of Steubenville, OH; sisters Theresa Petroski of Weirton, Stella Westlake of Toronto, OH, and Margaret Swartzmiller of New Cumberland. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Private visitation and Funeral Mass with Liturgy was held Monday, September 17, at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church in Weirton, entombment was in St Paul's Mausoleum. The Rev. Fr.
