Savannah Alexis Woodland, of Weirton, infant daughter of Terry Blue II of Steubenville, OH and Courtney Woodland of Weirton, passed away Monday, June 23, 2008 at the Wetzel County Hospital in New Martinsville, West Virginia. She was born December 21, 2007 in Weirton. Preceding her in death was her paternal grandfather Terry Blue. In addition to her parents, Savannah is survived by her maternal grandmother Melinda Woodland of Weirton; maternal grandfather John Woodland III of Steubenville, OH; paternal grandmother Debra Emery Blue of Steubenville; paternal grandfather Frank Marino of Toronto, OH; maternal great grandparents Ronald and Lorraine Jackson Goodman of Weirton and paternal great grandparents Howard and Bonnie Cunningham. Friends will be received Thursday from 12:30PM until the 1:30PM funeral service at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Interment will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Savannah to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, 3705 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213-2583.   1. I grew up next to the Gain family and knew David and his parents well. I have fond memories of the Gains taking me to St. Paul’s School as a young boy. This is a tremendous family and one I’m proud to call old friends. Our prayers are with you this day.

  8. savannh was my daughter she was the best thing that happened to me even though she wasnt here that long. not a days goes by that i think of her and the day i found out she passed just replays in my over and over again in its not going to ever go away. i kno shes in a better place butt i will never forget how happy she was. mommy loves u savannah dont forget that.
