Stanley R. Mott, Jr., 62 of Follansbee, WV died Sunday, November 4, 2001 at his residence. He was born on November 8, 1938 in Steubenville, OH, the son of the late Stanley R. Mott, Sr., who preceded him in death on February 27, 1999 and G. Mae McDonough Mott of Follansbee. In addition to his father, Stanley was preceded in death by his infant son, Stanley R. Mott, III. Stanley was the President of Mott Contracting Company. Mott Contracting Company built homes in the Upper Ohio Valley since 1947 and has developed and built Highland Hills in Follansbee, WV. Stanley owned and operated Highland Hills Golf Course and Highland Hills Apartments. He was a member of Saint Anthony Roman Catholic Church in Follansbee, WV. In addition to his mother, his wife, Patricia Marshall Mott, who he married on March 15, 1958, survives. He is also survived by his two sons; Timothy Edward Mott and his wife Cindy of Colliers, WV and Brian Steven Mott of Steubenville, OH; his two daughters, Pamela Emmerth and her husband, Doug of Follansbee, WV and Debra Morris and her husband, Rick of Weirton, WV; his brother, Jon A. Mott of Upper St. Clair, PA and his 6 grandchildren, Bryce and Corey Mott, Blake and Victoria Emmerth, Miranda and Nathan Morris. Visitation will be 2-4 & 7-9 PM Tuesday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home 3219 Main Street Weirton, WV. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated 12:30 PM Wednesday at the Saint Anthony Roman Catholic Church, Follansbee, WV. Rev Fr. Anthony Cincinnati will preside. Entombment will be in Highland Hills Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
