Stella Ann Yenchochic, 83, of Weirton, died October 19, 2000 at Weirton Medical Center. She was born in Steubenville, OH on May 17, 1917, a daughter of the late Walter and Casmira Tluchowski Tuchalski. She was a homemaker and a member of the Sacred Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, Sacred Heart Christian Mothers, Polish National Alliance Lodge #652, and Woodland Estates Booster Club. She was preceded in death by a brother Walter Tuchalski on April 1, 1993. Survivors include her husband George, of Weirton, whom she married on June 12, 1937; a son Thomas and his wife Margaret Ann Yenchochic, of Weirton; 2 daughters, Theresa Zamberlan of Wintersville, OH, and Mrs. John (Clara) McConnell of Orlando, FL; a brother, Stanley Tuchalski, of Weirton; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, Weirton, on Saturday 7-9 PM and Sunday 1-3 and 7-9 PM. Funeral mass will be held 10 AM Monday at Sacred Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, Weirton. Entombment will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville, OH. Memorial donations may be made to the Sacred Heart Memorial Fund, 200 Preston Ave., Weirton, WV 26062.
