Dear Kraina Family, my heart sank with this news. Steve was funny, smart, and witty. Memories have flooded back to myself and our classmates this week and as I am remembering them and fondly reading those of others, the first thing that keeps coming to my mind is that he was kind – to everyone. I am certain that came from your family. I am thankful to have known him and called him a friend. May God bless and keep you as you grieve. I will keep you in my prayers. Nicole (Stump) Sergent

Jane and Mike, I am so very sorry about your son’s passing. You are in my prayers.
Dear Jane, Mike and family, I was so shocked and sorry to hear of Stevie’s passing. Oh how I wish we could go back to the days when the boys were just ornery, funny guys. I would like to share a fun story that I always remembered about Steve. We were talking about the boys going somewhere and I was getting on Steve and said to him… You know Steve, every time JM has been in trouble he has always been with you! He didn’t skip a beat and said to me… You know Mrs. Castelli, every time I have been in trouble, I have been with JM!!! What a character So very sorry for your loss. In friendship, Penny Castelli
Dear Jane, we were very sorry to hear about your sudden loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family! God Bless!
First of i am truly sorry for your loss Kraina family and friends. I met Steve around 2010, we both were staying in Wheeling at the time, to this day I can still remember like it was just today. He got to go see his son play T-Ball that day and he came back with the biggest smile and greatest mood id ever seen a father have. He was a very easy going, funny and a little stubborn at times, lol, not in a bad way. He was also so excited the whole day prior to the day you his parents came and went out for dinner. He always talked about how blessed he was to have such wonder parents. I only wish i had gotten to meet you. God Bless.
