Terry Lee Cain, 64, of Colliers, WV, went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, July 31, 2012. He was born on October 28, 1947 in Deep Valley, PA, he was a son of the late Virgil and Verna "Tibby" Plants Cain. For 29 years, Mr. Cain worked for Weirton Steel in the Tin Mill Electronics. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, the DAV and was a former member of the Weirton Steel Male Chorus. An avid musician, Terry enjoyed watching western movies, playing a round of golf and teaching music to his family and friends. But, the highlight of his days was playing GI Joe with his grandson Eli. He was an Army Veteran, having served two tours in Vietnam. Terry is survived by his wife Deborah Williamson Cain, whom he married October 6, 1972; sons Shawn and Brett Cain all of Colliers; grandson Eli Cain; brother Larry Cain of New Cumberland, WV; sister Debbie McGaughey of Myrtle Beach, SC; brother-in-law Art Williamson of Newport, OH and mother-in-law Vonnie Williamson of Colliers. Visitation will be held Thursday 6-8PM and Friday 2-4 and 6-8PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV, where funeral services will be celebrated at 3PM Saturday. The Reverend Larry Barkley will preside. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton with military services be conducted by the American Legion Honor Guard. His love and friendship were freely given and always heartfelt. To Terry, everyone was a distant family member or friend, whether he was meeting them for the 1st time or 1 thousandth. We all could stand to be a little more like him. He was an inspiration to me, and I am proud to call him and you guys, my family.

  8. Sorry to hear of Terry passing. Many many years ago I use to save him a seat on the school bus. He has a wonderfull family and lots of friends with good memories. We also worked in tin mill together. He will be missed by all but he was a blessing to many.
