theresa zickefoose

Theresa Lynn “Terry” Zickefoose, loving wife and mother of Weirton, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, February 18, 2024. She was sixty-three years old.

Terry was born on December 2, 1960, in Charleston, WV., one of three children born to Mitchell Wayne and Patricia Townsend Williams.

She grew up in the Bellevue section of Pittsburgh, graduating from Northgate High School in 1978. She spent most of her life serving as a manager in the food service industry.

Terry was a true animal lover, she always had her two companions by her side, her dog Lilly, and Snickers, her cat.

Her home was one of the great wonders around the holidays, she was well-known for her Christmas decorations, some years her creations would make Clark Griswold take a second look.

Most of her spare time was spent cheering for the Steelers, spending time in her garden, and keeping the nineties alive through the songs her children grew up listening to.

Terry was a strong woman who spoke her mind, she did not hesitate to tell you what she was thinking, her children described her as a loving mother and a good friend.

Terry was preceded in death by her parents and brother Edward Todd Milton.

Remembering her love are her husband Steve Toth of Weirton, daughters Tedeidra (John) Day of Pittsburgh, Melinda (Adam) Zweig of Arnold, PA, and Kristen (Vince) Chalk of Somerset, PA., and sister Kathy Nicely of Kentucky.

Terry’s request for cremation has been honored.

No services are planned currently.

Terry will be cremated at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home Crematory, 3219 Main Street, Weirton WV.
