Thomas A. Cunningham

Thomas A. Cunningham, 82, of New Cumberland, WV passed away March 24, 2015. He was the son of the late Elmer and Erma Wilson Cunningham. He was also preceded in death by his wife Virginia "Gini" Strope Cunningham ; and 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
With 42 years of service, Thomas retired from Weirton Steel where he worked as a crane man on the C.A. Line. He was a member of the WSX 25-Year Club, VFW 3526, and the Saints Motorcycle Club where he served as the Road Captain.
He is survived by his sons Tom (Jackie) Cunningham of Burgettstown, PA and Jason Cunningham (Tammy) of New Cumberland; daughter Lyn Newman (Judd) of Creswell, NC; Brothers, Danny , Kenneth "Dale' Elmer "Bud" and William Cunningham; sisters, Eleanor "Jean" Gilles and Ila Murray; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Visitation will be held 1-3 and 6-8 PM Friday at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, where funeral services will be celebrated 8:30 PM
Words cannot express my heartfelt sympathy in the loss of Tom. My thoughts & prayers are with you during this sad time. AAA will surely miss his smiling face and gracious kindness. God has gained a precious angel!
