Thomas Friend Anderson

Thomas Friend Anderson, 65, of Weirton, passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Weirton Medical Center. Born December 24, 1949 in Maude, WV, a son of the late George K. Anderson and Genevieve Howe Anderson. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, George, Charles and John and one sister Daisy Harmon. Thomas loved going to Mountaineer Race Track, watching sports and hunting. Mr. Anderson is survived by his two brothers James Anderson of Weirton and Jerry (Karen) Anderson of Toronto, OH, four sisters Polly Hoover, Patsy (Allen) Lancaster, Rhonda (John) Swiger and Diane (Charles) Rice, all of Weirton, two special friends Bonnie Johnson of Weirton and Lucille Trushel of Hookstown, PA and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Monday from 6 until the time of Funeral Services at 8 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St., Weirton. Pastor Curtis Moser will officiate.
