It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Joseph Costantini of Weirton on Saturday, September 16, 2023. He was fifty-nine years old.
He was born in Steubenville OH., on August 4, 1964, a son to Mario and Dorothy Mills Costantini.
Thomas was a 1982 graduate of Steubenville “Big Red” High School and served his country faithfully as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, serving four years of active duty and two years of active reserves.
He was employed at the US Can/Ball Corporation as a lithograph pressman for twenty-eight years, recently working as a laborer for Alex E. Paris Contracting Company.
Thomas was an avid football fan, cheering on the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans. He took immense pride in his work as a football official and was associated with the WVSSAC/OSHAA as a back judge/referee for 34 years.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Mario Costantini and sisters Paulette Marook and Annette Thomas.
Thomas was a devoted son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
Left to cherish his memory with love and admiration are his loving companion and soulmate Debbie Morrocco and her daughter Allie Morrocco his son Alec Costantini of Steubenville, his daughter Alaina (BJ) Grandinetti of Wintersville, grandchildren, Julius and Tommi Grandinetti, brothers Danny (Lori) Costantini and Paul Costantini and sister Janet Petrelle.
Thomas will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Thomas’s request for cremation has been honored.
No public services are planned currently.

So very sad to here this.Graduated with Tom,served in the Marines with him,worked at Burger Chef with him and worked at Ball Corp with him.Great guy,great smile and will be truly missed.SEMPER FI BROTHER RIP TOMMY!
