thomas costantini

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Joseph Costantini of Weirton on Saturday,  September 16, 2023. He was fifty-nine years old.

He was born in Steubenville OH., on August 4, 1964, a son to Mario and Dorothy Mills Costantini.

He was employed at the US Can/Ball Corporation as a lithograph pressman for twenty-eight years, recently working as a laborer for Alex E. Paris Contracting Company.

Thomas was an avid football fan, cheering on the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans. He took immense pride in his work as a football official and was associated with the WVSSAC/OSHAA as a back judge/referee for 34 years.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Mario Costantini and sisters Paulette Marook and Annette Thomas.
