Virginia Lee Rybka, 82, a lifelong resident of Weirton, WV, passed away on November 20, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on October 31, 1942, in Weirton, she was one of two children born to William A. and Clara DiFabbio White, Sr.

Her work ethic was unmatched, dedicating 61 years of her career as a secretary for Starvaggi Industries, serving with loyalty and professionalism under Mike Starvaggi, Don Donnell, James O’Brien, Mike Wehr, and Luke Myers. She also sold Avon.

A feisty and spirited woman, Virginia had an unmatched energy and a zest for life. She was a devoted and proud mother who successfully raised three children as a single parent, balancing her work with family life. Your mom, grandmother was a very special lady who loved you with all her heart, so proud of each of you, and the big smile she had at the mention of your name. Unforgettable, that’s what she is.

  3. So sad to learn of Virginia’s passing. She was a member of our card club since the beginning…around 1966. Of the 8 girls, 7 were pregnant at the same time. I will always have fond memories of her.

  4. I can still picture your look of reassurance in my head. So much time has passed and in recent times I’ve thought of you, and how your look would help me feel at ease at work. My heart is broken that you didn’t get to meet my children. I am thankful that I had you in my life but the time was too brief. God bless.
