My deepest sympathies to the family! Virginia was one of the first people that I met when I started working at ODOT 30 years ago. She was always gracious and friendly! I will miss her very much.
I met Virginia ( Vetta) as a grade school student. We remained friends although we lost contact for some years. Facebook found us. I love her and will miss her. Such a sweet friend. I will pray for all of her family. A tragic loss.
Johnny,
I want to send you my deepest condolences. My mom, Maxine, spoke so highly of you and Virginia. They have spent so much time together over the pass few months; my mom loved her so dearly. I cannot express how sorry I am and if there is anything you ever need; please just ask. You and your family are in my heart any prayers.
With Love,
Brandi Fabian

Virginia and I became very close over the years and I valued her thoughts and knowledge of John’s diabetes and his transplant surgeries. She gave me great pep talks and know she deeply cared.
