Wanda E. Barbara, 87, of Steubenville, formerly of Weirton, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at the Acuity Specialty Hospital in Steubenville, Ohio. Born January 26, 1919 in Wheeling, WV, she was the daughter of the late Richard Olszta and Cecelia Wisniewski Kizinski. Wanda was also preceded in death by her step-father
I. M. Kizinski, husband John Barbara, daughter Valerie Pangborn and brother Richard Olds.
Wanda was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church in Weirton and St. Anthony Church in Steubenville.
Wanda’s survivors include her daughter Marsha Jordan and her husband Tim of Steubenville; son-in-law Douglas L. Pangborn of Norman, OK; grandchildren Kimberly Costantini and her husband Tom of Wintersville, OH and Jennifer Jordan of Pittsburgh, PA and great grandchildren Alaina and Alec Costantini.
The family will receive friends Friday 6-8PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated 10AM Saturday at St. Joseph the Worker Church. Reverend Father Dean Borgmeyer will officiate. Interment will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Weirton.

I was so sorry to hear of Wanda\\\’s passing. I have many fond memories of Christmas dinners at my mom\\\’s house with your whole family. Wanda was a very kind lady, and I know she will be greatly missed. My prayers are with you all in this time of grief.
