Wendy L. Zundel, 45, of Weirton, died Wednesday, October 1, 2003 at the Weirton Medical Center. She was born on August 22, 1958 in Charleroi, PA, a daughter of Harold and Lillian Zundel of Steubenville, OH. She was also preceded in death by an infant brother; paternal grandparents, Alfred and Virginia Zundel and maternal grandparents, Mike and Mary Molek.
Wendy sang professionally, specializing in country & western music.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by brothers, Ron Zundel and his wife Becky of Piney Fork, OH and Arron Zundel and his wife Penny of Steubenville; her fiancé, Nick Fazekas of Weirton; three nieces and one nephew.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions can be sent to the American Cancer Society, Hancock County Unit, Post Office Box 2166, Weirton, WV 26062.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV.

Wendy, a beautiful and talented person whom we will miss. God has a new voice for his choir of angels.
Wendy, a sincerely wonderful and caring woman who showed my brother the kind of love and compassion he deserves. Her grace will be truly missed by all.
To The Zundel family: I am sorry that I could not be there but you are in my thoughts and prayers. Wendy was a beautiful women and will be truly missed by all that knew her.
For those of you who have sent your condolences, thank you and God Bless. We will all remember Wendy for the beautiful, caring, and talented woman that she was. She has left us for a better place, but may we never forget her and the way that she has touched our lives. The family loves her and misses her tremendiously.
