william carnes, jr.
William H. "Bill" Carnes, Jr., 43, of Wintersville, OH, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012 at his home. Born February 25, 1969 in Weirton, he was the son of the late William H. and Dorothy Borza Carnes. Bill was an employee of Inland Industrial Services Group in Steubenville, OH. He is survived by his brother Joseph Edward Carnes and his wife Dina of Weirton and sisters Cynthia Williamson and her husband Charles of Colliers, WV, Elizabeth A. Klepp and her husband David of Clinton, PA and Tina M. Carnes of Weirton. Friends will gather on Saturday from 2-5PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV to celebrate Bill's life. Memorial contributions may be made to his family.
