Anna Klepadlo

Anna Gawrych Klepadlo, 99, of Weirton, formerly of Dillonvale, OH, died Friday, August 19, 2005 at Brightwood Nursing Home in Follansbee, WV. She was born on Sunday, October 1, 1905 in Dillonvale, the eldest daughter of the late Andrew Gawrych and Pauline Gajewski Gawrych. In addition to her parents, Anna was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank Pete Klepadlo, whom she married on June 5, 1923; son, Frank Klepadlo; sisters, Stephanie Olzeski, Genevieve Merkel, and Zanie Andrews; two brothers, Stanley and Andrew Gawrych; and two sons-in-law, Edward Koper and James Arnold. Anna was the most wonderful loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who love her. Anna is survived by her daughter, Anne Arnold; son, Walter Klepadlo and his wife Mary Margaret, all of Weirton; three grandchildren, Lynnette Anderson and her husband William of Fort Myers, FL, Frank Klepadlo and his wife Kelly of Virginia Beach, VA, and Walter (Rob) Klepadlo of Carlsbad, CA; and five great grandsons, Griffin Anderson of Brooklyn, NY, Tate Anderson of Miami, FL, Spencer Anderson of Fort Myers, FL, Frank Stephen Klepadlo of Morgantown, WV, John Klepadlo of Virginia Beach, VA, and step great-grandson Jared Waugaman of Nutter Fork, WV. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 PM Friday at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, where a Vigil Service will be held at 8:30 PM. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated 10 AM Saturday at Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church with Father Kent Durig as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Dillonvale, OH.
