Your Grandmothe was certainly a Grand Lady and will be missed by all who knew her.
i took care of bessie for the last 7 months at wyngate. and i really enjoyed her. she was a very sweet lady. and i liked being able to help her when she needed it. my heart goes out to her whole family.
It is with my deepest regret that I will be unable to attend the funeral of my beloved Aunt. “Aunt Mae” was truly the Matriarch of the Shirer Clan and she loved her parents, siblings and offsprings like no other. She shared her heart with so many individuals during her lifetime and undoubtedly, molded many for success. I have so many fond memories of my wonderful Aunt, especially those impromptu weekends visiting relatives in the “Markleysburg Area” or treking to see Jimmy perform with the Marine Drum and Bugle Corps. Aunt Mae was truly special and I know that she is now at peace with her immediate family members. To the survivors of this grand and glorious lady, you were blessed to have been part of her long life. Peace and may God be with you,
To all the family of Mae Talbott, I give you my deepest sympathy. Since we were in Florida since January, I was shocked to hear of her passing. Mae was like family to me and Janet and Jim like sister and brother. I will miss her terribly as I’m sure all of you do but know she is now with her loved family that went before her. I apologize for not being with you all at her viewing.Sally Pacobit
