Dorothy H. Reardon

Dorothy H. Reardon, 96, of Weirton, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at her home. A daughter of the late Louis and Mary Louise Bowers Baumgard, Dorothy was born on December 2, 1922, in Cleveland, OH. In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Patrick L. Reardon on March 29, 1996, brother Robert Baumgard and her sister Thelma Heaton. For 20 years, Dorothy worked at the former Jean Frocks. She was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, American Legion Post 10 Auxiliary and 3 Score Senior Club. She will be remembered with love by her sons, Richard P. and Cheryl Reardon of New Cumberland, Robert W. and Dottie Reardon and William L. Reardon all of Weirton; her daughter, Sharlene “Charlie” and Jimmy Guzzetta of Weirton; eight grandchildren, Craig, Brian and Aaron Reardon, James Martin Guzzetta, Tami Matthew, Amy Lyons, Michelle Reardon and Linsey Jane Reardon Roup; thirteen great-grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren. Friends will be received Saturday 12:00 until the 1:00 p.m. funeral service at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV. The Reverend Father Babu Joseph Elamturuthil will officiate.
