Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Lisa, John, Dan, Ed and family I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. I have many great memories of you Dad growing up. I know he is loving that he gets to spend Christmas with your Mom. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

  2. Prayers and condolences to the whole family. Memories come flooding back of the great times growing up in the neighborhood. Your mom and dad always welcomed me into your house and made me feel like part of the family. I always sat and talked to your dad at Wyngate. I will always remember the good times of growing up.

  3. Frankovitch family: I don’t need to tell you what a wonderful man your father was. I worked across the hall from him for several years at the “Marantz Building” of Weirton Steel; we had so much fun. He was all business but Man! his wife and kids meant the world to him. I saw him a couple times at Wynn Gate and he still had that same big smile for me. I feel privileged to have known your father. May he rest in peace.

  4. For me sharing a memory about Big Ed is very hard. Not because there weren’t countless memories, there were. Big Ed’s heart was bigger than his stature. 4 yrs. ago after swapping cop stories w/Ed I was leaving. He gave me a big hug and said:” Be careful out there, people are crazy, I love you.” He kissed the top of my head. I was 53 yrs old! I felt like a new recruit just out of the academy. His eyes watered up/ mine too. Heaven got an Angel and a half today. John (Louie) Kuntupis

  5. Our prayers and sympathy go out to your family. Your Father was a great man, He will be missed by many. I feel fortunate to have had our paths cross

  6. I remember staying at the Franko itch home in zkings Creek as a child. Greatest accomplishment would be to walk barefoot on the gravel road like all the other kids!
