  6. I wanted to express my deep sorrow for the loss of my grandmother. I just wanted to share just a few things I remember: I remember her unending smile; I remember her beautiful laugh; I remember the Tripoli games at the July 4th reunions with her and her sisters; I remember the many Holiday dinners and conversations around the dinner table drinking Grandpa’s homemade wine; I remember how she welcomed everyone that came to her door with a smile; I remember her hiding chocolates in her bedroom so we grandkids couldn’t eat them (though she always had candy in her buffet for us to eat); I remember how she would give so much of herself to others; I remember the time all of us got chicken pox on Christmas Eve; I remember her teasing; I remember her travels to far away places and always bringing something back for us. Most of all I remember that she loved us and gave of herself as much as she was able to give. I am so thankful for her and her life. Her life was filled with many blessings and she was such a blessing to us all. I will look forward to the day I will see her again in God’s heavenly kindom where we can smile together in the presence of our Father. Thank you for allowing me to share with you. Julie Ann
