Lisa Ann Smith, 45, of Weirton, passed away Friday, February 4, 2011 in the Weirton Medical Center. Born April 24, 1965 in Akron, OH, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence "Bud" and Stacie Conrad Fraley. She was also preceded in death by her son Tomas Ray Wolfgang Smith and sister Lucia Fraley Mura.
Lisa was a homemaker and loving mother.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband Raymond Smith, whom she married August 23, 1995; son Dakota "Cody" Smith of Weirton; brothers Rick Neeley of Paris, PA, James "Duke" Fraley and his wife Theresa of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Karl "Bean" Fraley and his wife Janice of Streetsboro, OH; sisters Linda Wilson of Akron, OH and Diana Young of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Uncle James Conrad of Weirton.
Friends will be received Sunday from 1-5PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton where funeral services will be celebrated 11am Monday. Interment will be in the Paris Cemetery, Paris, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Smith family.

Raymond & Cody, It is so heart-breaking to hear about Lisa. I’ve known her since we were little kids & have so many fond memories of her. Spent alot of time together. She was such a sweet & caring person. She will be deeply missed by alot of people. My thoughts & prayers are with you & Cody. My heart is broken. I have so many good childhood memories of Lisa. We spent many days at Sun Valley Grocery and had so much fun. Sun Valley Grocery was owned by my namesakes and Lisa’s Grandma & Grandpa, Virginia & Ray Conrad. Our moms (Leona & Stacy) were close friends. My mom was there for Lisa during the death of her mom and through her kidney transplant. Lisa was sure to let me know about her special bond with my mom when my mom died. I looked forward to catching up with her at reunions. Facebook made easier to talk to her more often. She loved her family. Cody is such a sweet little boy and she was so proud of him. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless You All!

Raymond, Cody and Lisa’s family, Words cannot express how so very sorry we are to hear about Lisa…she was such a warm and caring person and always had a smile on her face even in her worse days. The days ahead will be difficult but always remember that you will have her smile shining down on you from heaven. My heart is saddened by the lost of Lisa. I have known her for over 20 years. Everytime you seen her she was smiling and telling jokes. I wish I could say or do something to take your pain away. But just know that she is in a better place and with Stacie. Love and miss you always.
