Patricia Ann Chipps of Steubenville passed away at the Weirton Medical Center on Wednesday, November 17. She was 65 years old. She was born in Wheeling on March 17, 1956, a daughter of the late George and Marybelle Barnhart Northcraft. Patricia was a 1975 graduate of Brooke High School.
