Sam DiBacco, 75, of Weirton, WV died February 2, 2004, at the West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born on September 11, 1928, in Burgettstown, PA, the son of the late Michele and Liberata Iafolla DiBacco. Sam was also preceded in death by his three brothers, Louis, Antonio, and John; his four sisters, Mary Recinella, Amelia Pascarella, Josephine Angelo, and Norma Rogers. Sam was a retired employee of Starvaggi Industries, with over 40 years of service. He was a member of Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Pulice DiBacco, whom he married on February 20, 1965; two sons, Samuel Dibacco and his wife, Antoinette of Scott Township, PA, Domenico DiBacco, and his wife Gina of Imperial, PA; a daughter, Diana Korth, and her husband, Michael of Weirton, WV; a brother, Michael DiBacco of Weirton, WV; five sisters, Angeline Swartz, of Burgettstown, PA, Grace Radacsy of Pittsburgh, PA, Edna Halulko of Burgettstown, PA, Agnes Greco of Steubenville, OH, and Rose Tedeschi of Steubenville, OH; five grandchildren, Alexia, Isabella, Nadia, Salvatore, Nina, and one on the way. Visitation will be 7-9 PM Tuesday and 2-4 & 7-9 PM Wednesday at the Greco Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton. Vigil service 7 PM Tuesday in the funeral home. Funeral Liturgy with mass will be celebrated 11 AM Thursday at the Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Weirton, with Rev. Father Douglas Sutton presiding.
